I’m very intrigued by this implementation, is there any correlation between the size of the company and the fit of the tool?

As we initially thought that the product will be used by companies with 50 or more employees, but as practice has shown, we also have many companies with 10-20 employees.

This seemed very interesting to us

Is adoption more common among companies who have implemented a remote or hybrid work policy?

Interesting point, as we originally thought that there would be only teams that are remote, but as it turns out there are both hybrid and office-based employees on a hybrid basis.

Are there some industries or kinds of firms that find these analytics more useful, interesting and actionable to their employee engagement, retention and productivity strategy?

As I wrote in the beginning, we thought that our product would be useful only for companies with 50 or more employees, but as it turned out, organisations with 10-20 employees also need such a solution.

We also thought that the product will be in demand more for technology companies, but practice shows that ordinary agencies, law firms and manufacturers are also interested.

We don't have any data about retention, I think we need an analyst for several years. But we are solving the issues of engagement, productivity and feedback.

I'm really big on guest posts because of the diverse inputs they bring, though I take a "hands-off" approaching to editing and the quality.

This means every week I'm getting some inputs to the knowledge base that's vastly outside my realm of expertise or the topics I usually talk about.

Hopefully it (this approach) does bring someone some value.
