How to Integrate AI into Your HR Processes to Improve Employee Recruitment and Retention
A perspective from the startup Intelogos: π Human analytics and performance management. Know and grow automatically.
Hello Everyone,
β Forward
I did a call out for guest posts related to the future impact of A.I. on human resources. I got a reply from a startup called Intelogos, which is early stage but a building an interesting platform based in New York.
I wanted to better understand how A.I. might impact the human resources field, recruitment, employee retention and the interview process.
I hope this article sheds light on some of these topics. The contributing authors of this guest post are Erkin Koichumanov (product) and Vasily Malyshev (founder). This is not a sponsored post, though it feels like a white paper and one written with the help of A.I. But they have assured me this is not the case. For those who work in human resources, recruitment and for anyone who cares about employee retention, Generative A.I. is going to be change the industry, but how?
This guest post covers a lot of ground and is a tour de force that represents a substantial overview worth looking into for HR professionals, companies and those involved in the field and anyone interested in the people side of A.I. Intelegos touts itself as an employee well-being and performance management platform. They are a people analytics and AI performance management software that helps managers and employees grow, recently appearing on Product Hunt. I generally prefer guests post from individuals, instead of startups or companies, but I made an exception in this case (begrudgingly I might add).
Iβm actively looking for guest posts on A.I. at the intersection of various fields that might be impacted by Generative A.I. by professionals in fields like UX, design, healthcare, law & legal Ops, data engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, product management, marketing and so many more. Pitch me in a DM on Linkedin if you have a good idea. Its preferable you have a Newsletter and link to your writing portfolio.
π§ My Price will be Going Up $
To try to make this a living wage and to cover my costs and time (full-time), Iβm going to be raising the monthly and yearly price of A.I. Supremacy premium from $8 to $10 in September, 2023, so get it while itβs still cheap.
My Rationale for a Price Increase
The new price range will also be closer to the mean price of Technology Newsletters. Although I have noted Iβm far more productive in my niche than most others. To combat economic uncertainty a lot of Newsletters and apps are raising their prices. While I have been reluctant to do so, if I want to continue writing Newsletters for a living I have no choice as I have been working for nearly two years below a living wage, bootstrapping and at some costs to my quality of life and that of my family. To make ends meet, Iβll be doing more Native Sponsorships as well across my emerging tech Newsletters. Do you want to be a Sponsor? I will also be doing more paid posts compared to free posts. The guests post will always be free.
Let me know what you thought of this topic?
