Hey Everyone,
We might be living in one of the most dangerous windows in human history with regards to the future of technology. Generative A.I. is in the hands of the monopoly capitalists. These American corporations might be the digital economy that kills Capitalism (Guardian), and I might add, democracy. But donât just take my word for it.
China's SMIC and Huawei have surged ahead in chip technology, defying the U.S. restrictions aimed at curbing their technological advancements, meanwhile the Biden Administration âExecutive Orderâ on A.I. seems to favor the startups Microsoft, Amazon and Google itself have invested in.
Meanwhile still, Godfathers of AI are warning that A.I. could rewrite its own code and escape human control. Hinton says AI might âescape controlâ by rewriting its own code to modify itself, a worry over existential risk in AI systems, often abbreviated now as x-risk.
The White House AI rules released the on Monday October 30th, 2023, aims at promoting the safe and responsible deployment of AI with a government-wide strategy, with the startups BigTech has funded and BigTech in the driverâs seat. This is extremely dangerous, for any number of reasons, but for the state of innovation.
Biden will deploy numerous federal agencies to monitor the risks of artificial intelligence and develop new uses for the technology while attempting to protect workers with the advisors and consultants being the very tech companies that have a monopoly control over Capitalism, the stock market and the entire future of technology, like how Generative A.I. spurs digital advertising.
People at OpenAI, like Ilya Sutskever said that humans could merge with AI (pictured above right) in the future, a transhumanistic reality most world citizens and consumers donât actually want. So you have elites who call themselves scientists, without even understanding their creations, saying that the way forward for humanity is to merge with machines and machine intelligence.
The near term future of alignment implications in LLMs is still uncertain. Generative A.I. has evoked the pyramid schemes Silicon Valley has used to perpetuate its AI supremacy and suposed appeal to consumers and enterprise customers. The caveat, there is no alternative to them and their services, whether that be in the Cloud, in digital Ads or in video platforms, channels, media and apps.
The Weirdest time of A.I.âs Birth
2023 marks a pivotal year in the future of A.I. history.
Still other powerful AI overlords of Silicon Valley want us to forget the doom and gloom. Read the important Tweet (now X post).

Who are we to believe? The founders, the old guard or the monopolistis? And why are these rich Americans deciding the fate of the world?
It makes no sense.
OpenAI (the founders) says it already has revenue of $1.3 Billion ARR. But what kind of a world is it founding? How dangerous a technology will its GPT systems become?
"Altman, Hassabis, and Amodei are the ones doing massive corporate lobbying at the moment," LeCun wrote
But what kind of a world are they lobbying for? And what do the magnificent seven expect to happen to Capitalism and democracy under the weight of their A.I. supremacy? I donât think Biden, Donald Trump or even Sam Altman or Mark Zuckerberg have the answers. A politician or an executive still has a job to do.
Biden issues U.S. first AI executive order on Generative A.I.
U.S. President Joe Biden unveiled a new executive order on artificial intelligence. But will it destroy Capitalism?
Silicon Valleyâs antitrust and anticompetitive controls have been broken for some time, Generative A.I. might push the public markets and innovation further into dangerous territory.
